BEWARE OF fraud

Only an attorney or a Department of Justice-accredited representative can provide legal advice or services in your immigration case.  Do not receive assistance from "notarios"who are not qualified, as this can lead you to miss important deadlines, file incorrect forms, or file false claims, resulting in the denial of your case and / or deportation. If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, contact us for advice.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

Regardless of your immigration status, you have guaranteed rights under the Constitution, such as the right to remain silent when approached by immigration agents at home or in public, the right to have a lawyer represent you, and, in most cases, the right to a hearing to challenge a deportation order. Contact us to learn more about your rights or to connect us to a loved one if they are detained.

be prepared

Immigration law is very complicated and the rules often change.  It is important to consult with an experienced attorney, before filing an application, when appearing before a judge, and to explore options if your case has been denied. In most cases, time is of the essence. The sooner you consult with us, the sooner we can assess your situation and provide a solution.
